On October 7th, we held an operational meeting to coordinate all the entities participating in the event on October 25th in Albal. Attendees included: from the Albal City Council: Ms. María José Hernández Ferrer, Deputy Mayor of Albal and Councilor for Festivals, Fallas, and Social Welfare, and Ms. Leticia Ricart Casas, Coordinator of Social Services for the Albal City Council. Also present was Mr. Francisco Berjano, Director of the Albal Municipal Nursing Home. From the Germanor Association: the association’s president, Ms. Edelia Villarroya, board member Mr. Raúl García, and volunteer Ms. María Katerina Monzonís Cuevas.
From Albalat de la Ribera: Mr. Eliseu Dasí, Director of the Banda Jove de l’Ateneu Musical i Cultural d’Albalat de la Ribera (Youth Band of the Albalat de la Ribera Musical and Cultural Center). The lines of work consisted of preparing an itinerary for the bands close to the affected areas and coordinating the possibility of people with reduced mobility joining the residents of the Albal Municipal Nursing Home to welcome the youth bands and carry out the musical activities on the morning of October 25.
